The restaurant was busy, it took about an hour to be seated. We were sat at the table for at least 15 minutes before being waited on and at that point weren’t Impressed..... then along came our wonderful server ASHLEY. She completely changed our experience, she was attentive and made sure our food and drinks were out quickly. She offered us free starters and desert for the long wait! Matt, our waitstaff, was spot on perfect. He was personanle, attentive and not too much attentive. You know, balanced. The food was so good - flavorful, good proportions, delicious. I recommend the experience of Carrabba's. You will be glad you did.
