Ever since , Carrabba came to , Colorado Spring, it has been a perfect end to a day , spent shopping. Most for special occasions. Sure wish we had a , Carrabba’s here in , Pueblo. Always have left over’s for a late nite snack. Good Waite staff, and like to see the cooks preparing our meals. Thanks for the experience.
Our waiter, James, made our meal great. So helpful. When he found out we were sharing an appetizer and entree, they came out plated on separate plates. Perfect portions!!

Wow. Overcooked my Filet Marsala, medium well. I do medium rare. I let the waiter know that not only was it overcooked but the toughest filet I've ever had. Then the KEY employee/manager shows up. She tells me Carrabbas now uses Filet Tenderloin instead of Filet Mignon. I may be out of the business for a few years now but I'm pretty sure that the same thing. Hahahaha. What an idiot. I used to manage a Carrabbas in Pennsylvania the managements knowledge about their food is laughable.
We loved all the food we ordered and had an excellent server.
My chicken was raw and we had to tell the manager twice to take it off the bill. He kept trying to give us a case number for an insurance company that was supposed to call (never happened) and just found the whole experience off. I feel customer service 101 would have been to immediately not charge someone for uncooked poultry.
