WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I lost count of all the problems we had. Everything not getting things we asked for untill asking several times. The food didn't come as ordered. The waiter "george" could not remember who had ordered what food. Got the salads mixed up, drinks, and food. We got our appetizers came late. BAD Bad Service – Friday night - wanted to eat at the bar as we do about once a month. Got first round of drinks and for the next 45 minutes were totally ignored while bartender waited on everyone else. Couple next to us got their bread and menus within 5 minutes of sitting down and they were waiting for a table. Spoke with the manager who made excuses about two rehearsal dinners - not our problem and we were at the bar not in the dining room, then kept saying "next time you come back". Best carrabba's in town! – My family went here to celebrate 2 birthdays a couple of weeks ago and we had a great time. The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was crowded and there were 7 of us. The food was very good - from the bread to the calamari to our entrees. No one had any complaints. Best Italian food off the Katy freeway in Houston!!!! – I love this place. The service is excellent, and the food is lovely. The atmosphere is family friendly but it is also romantic enough for a date. They are famous for their Marsala dishes, but their Rigatoni and Tagliarini are also pretty good.
