I will start by saying I have eaten at this location countless times over the years and the previous visit was a good one. BUT this visit was terrible. We had to ask the server multiple times for water, plates for the app, straws, and to go boxes. It still took forever for us to have the request fulfilled. He dropped the oil bottle and spilled it on the table and floor. He apologized but never cleaned it up. I recently ordered the Pork Chop with Mixed Vegetables, Lentil Soup, and Fettuccine Noodles from Carrabbas. Today’s meal was exceptional, as the entire dish was prepared with utmost precision and care. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.
My wife and I went on a date nite. Our server was Maria. My wife had a stroke about 2 months ago, so sometimes here motor skills are off. She was trying to pour her water in a togo cup and it start spilling a little bit. Maria said I'll get that for "Hun" She poured it for her, it may not seem like a lot, but that meant a lot to my wife & I you don't get good service like tha these days , just wanna say thank you , Maria.
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Our server, Estevan was also nice and his service was impeccable.
From the food, to the waiter- Aamir, and to the owner, Shenelle. Everything is AWESOME!!!!
