I've previously had great experiences at Carrabba's. Last Saturday was a different story. the Asparagus was undercooked, the steak wasn't cooked properly and the tiramisu was horrible. I couldn't stop belching the horrible taste. Perhaps you have less effective staff and management than before. I'm not sure I'll return. on a side note. our server was EXCELLENT.

Just left Carrabba's Italian Grill (Ocala, Fla) after being seated we waited 1 hr and 15 minutes and still did not get our meal. Told by the manager that his kitchen crashed but everyone around us was eating there meals. We ask the manager to check and see how long before we were going to get out meal and was told that there were 2 orders before us. We booked my mother’s 75th birthday party at this location and were told we’d be placed in the private room without the loudness of the kitchen and music so she could enjoy the company of her friends. Once we got there with all of her friends, we were told that would not be honored and were shown to a noisy area. Way to ruin a night, Carrabba’s.
Val was are waiter excellent job and the food was amazing. The staff was cheerful and helpful .Val was very knowledgeable on the menu and dishes. Made my birthday great thanks
