How could you book a party of 25 on a Friday evening knowing you didn't have the capacity to sit more than 2-3 other parties of 6 or more? Are you just plain stupid? Suggestion, have them come in later when your Friday dinner business is slowing down. Hmm, sorry. I was using logic.
I wish I could give it no stars. We all went for my aunt's birthday. They told us a 45 minute wait. After an hour, we checked in and were told it would be another 30 minutes. We left and went to Cody's across the street who took us in 20 minutes. I'm never eating here again.
Our family has been coming to Carrabbas since it opened. Our family of 5 has never had a worse meal. The salad portions have been reduced to minuscule, which is very disappointing. The cost of the meal is unbelievable anyway, but sadly the 2 steaks we had were literally burned! They tasted awful and they came with a tiny helping of potatoes! Nothing like in the past. The service was great, but for the price I am done! The management is obviously ruining a wonderful place with sheer GREED! Will take our business elsewhere.
I was here on 12-27-2015 for our monthly family lunch. This was my first time being able to attend since I am visiting from out of state. We had 6 in our party. Our server was Daniel J. The menu was kind of surprising in that it was more limited than I remember. The quality of the food (judging from my family members) was very good. The server was very friendly, almost too friendly. Good and service is very good
I have to say we were hesitant about going. I haven't been in at least 10+ years & close for my husband. I must say we will be visiting waaay more often! Our server Thomas was absolutely fantastic. Great personality & attentive. & food ...we had no to-go boxes. We ate it all! We can't wait to try other items on the menu!
Horrible experience , got a piece of steel wool caught in my throat while eating the lobster ravioli .
