We felt as if we were at a fast food outlet, we were brought our tea, and hot bread, and salad, and we had 1/2 slice of bread and two bites of salad and our hot entree was brought to the table, I complained about how we were not ready for the entree as we had just gotten our salad! Had diarrhea and stomach pains after having the grilled chicken. It tasted good and was tender, but I don't think it was cooked all the way through. Heated up the leftover portion, and it was fine.
Yes. Been there twice and it was good. This time I was very disappointed. The salads tasted like old lettuce, and not impressed with the food this time at all.
I ate here with my family on mother's day. There was a little issue with my food. I decided not to say nothing and let it go. Well waitress noticed and asked me. I said its ok, it's nothing. She said no I'll talk to my manager. He comes out and goes above and beyond to ensure I was happy. In which I was. But he made sure we were taken care of. Asked to speak to Mike, a manger, when the waitress would not honor a promotion, after waiting 20 minutes was told he was too busy to talk with me. Thank heaven the wait staff stepped in to make it right. It's a real shame when management can't be bothered with a regular customer but he has plenty of time for his older clients. Not up to the leadership and customer service I expect from the chain.
The drinks and service was good but the pasta was over cooked.
I took my co-op class here today for a field trip and it was absolutely amazing! Jeremiah and his team treated us like royalty. Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!!
Excellent service! Food was amazing. I was very impressed with my visit.
Beyond WOW... Manager Mike makes everybody feel like family and he knows how to run a fine business, I recommend this place to anyone
