Some of the worst service I have ever had in my life! The hostess said 10 minutes, when it was an hour. Waited another 15 minutes for our drinks. They gave our server another table of 7 as soon as they sat us! Kitchen is very short staffed. Dishes can be heard constantly breaking. This place is poorly managed!
Carrabba’s is my favorite restaurant. Food is excellent! They have the best Sicilian Chicken Soup. I wish they had more locations in Southside Richmond.
I had a House Salad had a House Drsg., Lasagna. The salad was 95% lettuce, a few sliced carrots, 3 tiny black olives & a tiny few pieces of red cabbage , that was it!!!!!!! No tomatoes, no cukes, nothing else!!!!! The drsg. was fair at best. The Lasagna was fair but it was dried up and had a plain taste!!!! I can't think of anything that I'd say was even a tiny bit worth eating at all!!! The on Fed thing that was good was our waiter, he was outstanding!!!!!!!!
Service slow, though the place was maybe 1/3 capacity; amount of food is skimpy, especially for the price, food was on the bland side...
I love the stuffed porkchops and squash ravioli. Now that I know they have curbside pickup I can eat here more often, it's huge plus not having to tote my little one inside or wake her up to get food to go! And my order was perfect, they put the salad dressing separate so my lettuce didn't get soggy, my porkchops had all the delicious juices in the container & they gave me the bread with herbs. Best to-go experience I've had anywhere ��
Had a good time. Food was good, waitstaff was good. I real enjoyed the sauce on the Lasagna compared to other restaurants in the area. I would go back. Only issue I had was the food came out really quickly after my salad so I felt a bit rushed.
Always one of my favorite places to dine, so when my sister came to visit & said she was wanting some chicken marsala I knew right where to take her! As usual,you didn’t disappoint & she loved it! Thank you!
