It’s incredulous that I could not get an appointment until December. I have a growth on my upper eyelid-skin. The complete and total lack of concern is unconscionable.Here I am living in one of the world renowned medical center area and this occurs. By December I may not have an eyelid and this physician dies not care. A solution: given this is a speciality practice one would “think” the physician would at least keep 2 open appointments daily for people who have suspicious growths. Took my little son for the first time in 2022, spend 15 minutes with Dr. Carr, immediately prescribed us on monthly shots for eczema. Today is March 2023 still waiting for the shots prescription to actually get to his arm. MY kid has severe eczema, lot of suffering and Dr. Carr's staff is completing paper work since last year 2022. Staff also lost the insurance letter and asked me to obtain it and personally deliver to them in order to expedite the process. I love Dr. Carr's office. I recently had to use another NP and was extremely satisfied of the routine skin check. I thought she did an amazingly thorough job and explained everything along the way. I'm impressed with the way they have handled Covid environment. I felt very safe and protected coming here.
My son, my dad and I have visited her in the past. Today, I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist told me that if I haven't seen Dr. Carr within the last 3 years I would be considered a new patient and she was not accepting new patients and then she just hung up on me! Basically the review is for this person who didn't even give options and was super rude. I hope Dr. Carr sees this review and does something about it.

This was my first visit visit with dr. Carr since my health insurance changed . They took me I. Within 5 minutes and dr. Carr saw me shortly after I was in the room. It was a five star visit with a five star doctor.
