My experience was by way of a phone call. They appear to have a pretty drawn out procedure, for procuring A/C and Refrigeration parts through them...? The person I spoke with didn't sound as though the company would be interested in acquiring new clients.....and at the end of it all, Carr would at best be a middle-man concerning my purchasing of any compressors, condensing units, or parts thereof. I was left thinking I could save myself more headaches by just applying directly to whomever they use as a supplier ❗
