I am the Vice President of a building supply company in the Tri-County area and I built a house for my daughter. We ordered pipe from Carr and the delivery guys damaged our garage door. Upon the discovery we contacted Paul out sales rep and he assured we would be taken care of. Since then Paul has ignored every phone call and text. I came in the store and I was ignored by everyone that works there. The guy on the computer at the front counter walked off and left me standing there. Treated like a nobody.
