As always, you come in, fill out paper. I had fever, chest pain and several other things this year. I noted them and as per their request, put the year down that I had these conditions. Not once did she ask about anything that I addressed. Let me back up. This qas supposed to be my check up. This is my first time meeting her. She had the paperwork in front of her and asked nothing. I just wanted to say I am very displeased with service today at Dr Carr's office. Although it really was NO service. I made an appointment for a general surgery release of which there were only 2 appt available today at 8:30 and Dec 28th to choose from. I am an established patient with Dr Carr and they have my info on file already. So I walked in and the girl at desk takes my insurance and walks away then comes back and tells me they do not take this insurance any longer. I'm not sure exactly what Dr Carr treats. I have been referred to specialists for everything, and when you can't get in to see your specialists she does not want to see you and is irritated if you do come in. There is a problem withe the inhaler she prescribed with my insurance. The pharmacy has called twice for her to authorize a different product. She has not responded. She is totally worthless. Do yourself a favor and don't consider her for your health care provider.

Dr Carr has been my doctor for 13 years now. She is always pleasant, listens attentively to me, is always on time with appointments, and never rushes through my exams. The office staff is highly professional, answers questions and it's easy to make appointments.

I have visited Dr. Carr several times and have always had a wonderful experience. What I like about Dr. Carr is she's always takes the time to answer all your questions and makes sure you understand. Shes not a Doctor that rushes you in and out and wants to get to the next patient. Also, I know she truly cares. Thank you Doctor Carr!!

Dr Carr was very rude and condescending. She will not help with any medical conditions except the flu shot. If you are thinking of becoming a patient, be prepared to pay a co-pay for something you can do on your own ex: see a dermatologist for a break out. Last visit I went in with shingles, Dr Carr huffed and puffed, sucking in air between her teeth because she was annoyed about writing a Doctors note. Do your self a favor and find a Doctor elsewhere!

Overall, the staff is rude (there are some exceptions), you wait on hold forever to reach someone and they give inaccurate information for billing. Office manager is unprofessional. Doctor tends to refer you to a specialist for everything.

Dr. Carr was very dismissive of my medical issue and berated me when the emergency room did not forward her the correct records. Additionally, i told her that I could not get an appointment with a specialist for over 20 days so I went to see her in the meantime for relief. When I mentioned that to her she asked me "so what do you expect me to do?!" I was treated very poorly and unprofessionally. I will not be returning there.
