Receptionist were nice, but they are terrible with ever getting back with you and horrible with referrals. Til this day they haven't gotten back to us about the referral for a dentist in Lewisburg to get my daughter's cavities removed and it's been over a month. The dentist here is even worse. He's rude, condescending and doesn't do his job properly. I would not recommend ever going here, especially if you're bringing your child here. If it were possible, I'd rather them 0 stars.
I genuinely thought this was a great dentist experience until I went and seen Grafton Family Dentistry in Grafton, WV. THAT was an outstanding and excellent experience, Dr. Carrs is average.
Dr Carr was great!! I needed a back molar pulled & he got it out quick, smoothly & efficiently! His staff was great too! Highly recommend!
