I went to this dentist when I was a kid and it was great, as an adult it went downhill. I had a cavity fixed there and he overfilled it with filling to the point I couldn’t chew on my left side at all, it got to the point it started throbbing with pain and I brush my teeth everyday. They finally fixed it after I had to argue with them that it was their fault in which they were rude about it. Receptionist were nice, but they are terrible with ever getting back with you and horrible with referrals. Til this day they haven't gotten back to us about the referral for a dentist in Lewisburg to get my daughter's cavities removed and it's been over a month. The dentist here is even worse. He's rude, condescending and doesn't do his job properly. I would not recommend ever going here, especially if you're bringing your child here. If it were possible, I'd rather them 0 stars.

I genuinely thought this was a great dentist experience until I went and seen Grafton Family Dentistry in Grafton, WV. THAT was an outstanding and excellent experience, Dr. Carrs is average.
