We’ve been using Carr Cleaning monthly for about a year and a half now. The owner is lovely and so accommodating. They do great work!
I’ve used Carr Cleaning for both personal and business related cleanings. I’ve been extremely happy with the results. The price was fair and the communication was outstanding. They are my go to cleaning company!
Didn't have correct number to ensure my cleaners would be on time for a move in clean. Owner very rude to me when I messaged wanting a confirmation day before the move. Cleaners were more than 1 hr and 1/2 late. Didn't complete all the cleaning and owner very rude sending bill to me when there was no guarantee the cleaners were there for the hours they claimed. With the business of travel ball and single parenting, it feels impossible to stay on top of detailed cleaning. I am so grateful each time Carr Cleaning does a reset of my home.
