The worst ever. Neighborhood is unsafe because they steal and break in vehicles. Want rent on time but apartments are falling apart. My uncle has mold in his apartment. Rain in apartments. My uncle is currently sick from mold and all they want is their rent on time. A bunch of promises and nothing gets done. I would put 0 stars, but it requires me to put at least one.
Worst property management ever. Gave me the run around for a month on approval for an apartment. When I talked to the supervisor she acted as she was going to help and did the same thing her subordinate did. And the supervisor hung up in my face when I asked why it was taking days to make a 2 minute phone call and get my approval the same 2 minute call she lied about having the previous day!
