If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been treated with such poor customer service as when I encountered Rick, the owner of Carr Boxing. I had signed my teenage son up for self defense/fitness classes because he wanted to get in shape in a fun way. Rick suggested I sign him up for the next level since he was certain that once my son started with the program he would eventually want to spar and compete so why not save money and sign up now.
