The best purchase experience we have ever endured.. Tom Johnson is a master of explaining the new features on our new GMC Acadia Denali. It has so many new electronic features that would have left us scratching our heads, but with a short indoctrination to the auto, we were off and running and loving the new feel and handling that was introduced this year. Thank you Carr and Tom for an exciting and wonderful experience..

James, Hugo, and Gayle took great care of me in my hunt for a truck. I should have known to just come to Carr FIRST instead of checking out another dealer. This place is no pressure and I feel like they want to maintain a long term relationship with you rather than make a quick sale. I traded in my SUV purchased from them in 2022 (just outgrew it - no problems with it), and they offered me a very fair trade in value ($7,000 more than a less than honest dealer the day prior). Appointment had to be moved three days later than scheduled. Then not all problems were addressed. It appears some never made it onto the list even thought they were known and talked about. Will not be returning to this service department after four trips now.
