We recently bought a 2025 Buick Encore GX from James. I had contacted the dealership after getting Costco pricing and Carr GMC Buick was significantly lower. He located an Encore with most of our "wish list", so we made the deal mostly through email and text. James was very responsive and helpful without extra pressure. Got connected through cargurus.com, which I have ordered my last 3 cars from. Incredibly easy process and most of all you don't have to deal with a car salesman trying to sell you on something you already want. Just don't expect much of a response afterwards. I got connected with Stew Whitman on a friday night. He answered all of my questions and had the car delivered the next week. Thanks Stew!
Chris was extremely professional and very patient.
Took too long, they don’t answer the phone, I had to physically drive there to talk to service. They were 3 weeks out, so I brought my truck in to fix the door lock, they said they would call me the next day and I didn’t talk to him til the next week and they never fixed it, but they did fix it the end of week 2. And it was $800+. Took 3 weeks to get in, two weeks to fix and terrible communications on multiple vehicles at GMC over the years.
