If I could give Jim Froeschner and Carr Auction & Real Estate, Inc. zero stars, it would be much more appropriate! They held an auction for my mother and aunt the same day with two properties - a 4 Br/1 bath with 40x80 shed and a 3BR/1 bath home. Both planned to sell houses and contents. Neither house sold because of lack of advertising and preparation, low bids and lack of bidders (there were only around 15).
