Carr's Online Auction is a joke. Only a every few items are online and 90% of the items are not. Online auctions all items are listed, and one is able to place a maxim bid and don't have to be there watch a bunch of crap sell before you get to your item. As the bidding process your bid keeps increasing until it meets you Maxim Bid. This is an old-time auction where you stand round all day wasting your time waiting for the item you wish to bid on comes up for sale. Sorry I have better things to do with my time.
If I could give Jim Froeschner and Carr Auction & Real Estate, Inc. zero stars, it would be much more appropriate! They held an auction for my mother and aunt the same day with two properties - a 4 Br/1 bath with 40x80 shed and a 3BR/1 bath home. Both planned to sell houses and contents. Neither house sold because of lack of advertising and preparation, low bids and lack of bidders (there were only around 15).
