I lost my only car to get to work because a guy hit my car running a red light and I just had my newborn. They closed my case quick for the policy limits and Im so happy. I needed that. Highly Recommend they really really helped me and care.

My experience with Carr & Associates was more than great. I was been a bad accident and the situation was bad after I was hit. No car nothing! The insurance company did not want to help at and I found this firm. When I say helped! THANK YOU. They explained every step. Plus I got more than what was expected :). Just call them!! I highly recommend!
Impressed! First the customer service is phenomenal! I never been in an accident before but they made sure I knew what was going on. You really can just tell they care. I can't explain it, but you can. Nice but tough & smart. I don't want to have an accident again but I will refer this firm to everyone that need one. Deserve 10 stars!
