POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WATERSTONE LOCATION IN DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP. NO CALL BACK IN 48 HOURS. EMBARRASING.
Poor performance. Unprofessional at Deerfield township location at 9691 Waterstone Blvd. I had a eye exam and had a issue. First they said they were too busy to see me when I stopped by while in Costco. So I called the next day to set up a appt. I was told that the Doctor would call me back. 48 hours later and pain in my eye still no call back. Ashamed of this Vision Center. Amateur's and no customer concern. This is not very professional. Sad
