Thank your Chet, LT and Kelly at Baxters! Chet calmed my panicked heart when my 20yr old Caravan overheated on 7/11/25! He immediately got the proper coolant and went to work diagnosing the radiator! He “burped” the system and calmed this older lady down! LT was indispensable in fixing my motor home’s generator. She found a new to Sisters specialist and probably saved me over $2k. Sisters - you have no idea how blessed you are! What an incredible resource right in the heart of God’s Country!
High fives all around to Baxters! Full service for sure as our ski rack tore off the drivers side with the Jeep rail attached while going through a car wash. I was quite frantic on how to drive safely and how to get the full ski rack off the car. The Baxter's owner helped me take off the other racks completely with many different tools and a lot of time (1 hr +) by him to do this. FOREVER GRATEFUL! He helped plug the holes in the car so that water cannot get in. Next stop will be body shop. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR HELPING... read more
Sisters resident, and I can only guess that the business model here is to wait until people have absolutely no choice but to buy something here, then soak them for INSANE prices. Diesel truck fuel filter that’s $80 tops elsewhere? $170 HERE. Oddball sized single socket that’s $15 elsewhere? $25 HERE. Have never had a problem with the staff but these people give ‘doing business local’ a bad name.
I had a coolant leak coming from an old brittle rubber gasket. I was driving through from Portland to Bend and I had already stopped once at an auto zone and they didn’t have the right sized part. The gentleman working at Baxter replaced the gasket for me and did it complimentary! I cannot explain how surprised I was. I offered to at least tip him and he said no. I can’t believe how helpful he was. Thank you.
