This little store deserves 6/5 stars for the stellar service we received today from a fine gentleman named Chet. We stopped in after encountering the dreaded transmission overheating and needed some guidance. Chet met us with everything we could have asked for and more. We left with the fluids we needed and the personable touch that only comes from these small town shops. Thank you Chet, you made our whole day.
We were camping at suttle lake and as one of our daughters was about to leave her car would not start. we got it to sisters and the only place open was baxters and there was Chet working all by himself self ? He went so out of his way to figuring out what was wrong with her car and while serving other customers. he is above and beyond any other auto parts store employee I have ever seen he deserves a raise and employee of the year can’t thank baxters and Chet enough for all they do thank you john&brenda
Hands down the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store. The gentleman behind the counter was Chet and I have to say wow I had an overwhelming flashback of the old days of great customer service because nowadays that doesn't exist!! This man actually came out and put power steering fluid in my Chevy suburban and made sure that I got the correct fluid that is a professional in my opinion. Thank your Chet, LT and Kelly at Baxters! Chet calmed my panicked heart when my 20yr old Caravan overheated on 7/11/25! He immediately got the proper coolant and went to work diagnosing the radiator! He “burped” the system and calmed this older lady down! LT was indispensable in fixing my motor home’s generator. She found a new to Sisters specialist and probably saved me over $2k. Sisters - you have no idea how blessed you are! What an incredible resource right in the heart of God’s Country!
