Purchased Carquest part in August . not right part . called and asked if we could return part by mail as we are out of town . as it was cash purchase, they said yes . carefully packaged and returned . tracking number confirms it was received in September . since then phone calls are never answered . no reply to letter mailed . no refund ever received . are they still open? Why is there no response? Why does it take over 2 months for refund?
I have been here four times, in a about a week. Never open. Not answering phone. No explanation!
