Yes just tried to return a battery with The original purchase receipt that the guy tested and said it’s bad no good. On the receipt it states warranty period starting 5/16/2023 end date 5/16/2026. On the original purchased receipt and they would not replace the battery said there’s nothing they can do about it. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service don’t put on your receipts a warranty period of start and end Period for three years If you’re not going to honor it absolutely horrible business.
