Excellent service and they know parts so as long as you have an idea they can help unlike autozone where how the person looks (inclusivity)means more than part knowledge. No men dressed as women here just genuine old men with genuine old knowledge, they have always found the part or found a way to get it at a reasonable price too.
Went on to the website to order a part and the website allowed me to order and stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up to pick up the part and they were closed!!! Now I have to find another shop to order my part and wait for my refund, which who knows how long that will take. I used $5 in rewards also, I will expect those rewards back!
I needed a new battery badly and Bob was able to provide me service immediately (he even came across the street in the cold weather to help me out so I wouldn't need a tow truck!). Bob was friendly, professional and speedy, couldn't recommend more!
These people are great. I had a difficult time finding a part, and they took their time to call around and look into finding the part. I would recommend this business to my friends any day. Friendly and helpful people
