Beware of Carquest here in Oracle, AZ. Recently I had a power steering pump pulley break. The pump was fine -- just the pulley was broken. Carquest took three days to replace the pulley. On the fourth day when I asked them if my truck was fixed yet, they told me it had been fixed the prior day. It would have been nice if they could have called me to let me know it was fixed.
