Absolutely phenomenal experience, Doug was very nice, wasn't pushy at all. He sold us a top of the line mower at a heavily discounted price, delivered it to our property for free and even came a few days later to adjust the seat and make sure we were happy with it. Let me make this decision easy for you, Ferris makes the best mower, Jones Auto Parts has the best service. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience working with Doug while buying our kids a gokart for Christmas 2024. Very knowledgeable & excellent customer service from start to finish.
