My husband purchased a battery on September 25, 2017 from the Indian Lake store in Lakeview and the battery stopped taking a charge 30 days after purchase. After running an analysis battery had internal short. Took it to get new battery and was told just a weak battery. My husband explained battery would not take a charge. Although he didn’t have original receipt, in today’s electronic age why is paper receipt required? It could have been easily checked on their computer.
