I was traveling for the holidays in our bus and discovered a ride height adjustment was necessary to go further. They had a part I needed and much more reasonable than other quotes. They had it on the counter for me when I arrived. The kind of place you want to do business with.
I had four tires installed on my 02 Windstar I also had a wheel alignment done by them and front end parts put in because they said they needed them. I drove my car for all about 8 months now and the inside of the tires are worn out because they pitched them in kind of like a duck.... I would say that they did a less than half ass job I will never take my car there again or anything

Great place with very helpful people. Courteous, fun, helpful and knowledgeable. Lee, goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. He and his wife are the last of a dying breed. If you are an ignorant girl , like me, who doesn't know how to put air in her tires, they take the time to explain the dynamics and are always available to answer your questions. Thank you HH! The absolute worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced. Don't take your business here. They will hit you with a multitude of charges once the job is complete, without notifying you of anything. Also they are extremely behind any schedule that they claim
Excellent customer service. They will at least match if not beat competitor pricing. Don't be timid to ask for a lower price on the products you're purchasing.
The service & knowledge from the guys there has always be great.They also carry stuff that you can't find anywhere else in town.
At Trent Auto Parts you can expect the best customer service and knowledgable staff in all of Eastern NC. There staff will make sure that you get the correct parts for your repair and help trouble shoot any problem you may have.
