My lady friend was taken advantage by these crooks because she was a woman and they thought they could get away with it. She went in and asked for a headlight bulb for her sports car and they looked up the part and sold her the bulb. When she tried to install it the bulb was clearly the wrong size. It was a $20 bulb. When she took it back and asked to swap it for the right bulb the clerk was rude and told her he could not give a refund because she took it out of the package.
