UPS messed up the delivery of a package sent from Dunnes. After claifying the problem with UPS customer service, they asked me to have the shipper (Dunnes, where the package was returned) call and set up the re-shipment. Josh at Dunnes told me no, it was my package and my problem. Avoid this business.
