Wasn’t sure what was wrong with our car we figured it was the alternator we got suggested crook Auto electric. We dealt with Jason he was very upfront and respectful the whole time. We had our car towed there at 10 o’clock in the morning expecting to pay LOTS OF MONEY because of how severe it was acting and not running at all. Jason called us about an hour and a half later said it was wiring and only charged us $120 to fix it. I could’ve kissed that man. We’ll definitely be using them in the future.
These people are very rude , we stopped in here to price a battery. Bobby was the one looking up the price. His rude comments and unfriendly demeanor will make us never shop here .
My former boss used Crooks a lot for all sorts of things including hydraulic fittings, which seems difficult to find. This morning was my first time in and I absolutely dig the store! The 2 fellas that were helping me are awesome.
Drop my car off. Was told that Jason cannot do anything for me or for my car. Had a list of things that I knew I had issues with. I got a call about 3 hours later telling me that Jason that works there cannot do anything for me or for my car did not get any more explanation. 43 years old and I've never had this happen to me when I drop off a car somewhere. This place came highly recommended and I'm starting to question why
They do work on cars here as well my car is in the shop there right now an they asked me what was wrong with it and they told me they would test drive it an call me to let me know what is exactly wrong with it an give me a price before they ever work on it so so far they seem pretty knowledgeable about what they do an the service is excellent an they are very customer friendly there so great place to go very friendly very much recommend from me an my family
