Carquest has been amazing. Carquest employees have gone above and beyond every time I need assistance. I was replacing a cable that broke in my car door, the lady behind the counter was able to let me know I cannot just replace the cable, I had to replace the whole locking and cable unit. I also had an issue with replacing an alternator on a foreign vehicle. I replaced the alternator but the electrical plugs did not match up. I could only find the adapter in Australia costing quite a bit of money and time to have it shipped ... read more
I stopped in to get some oil for my Dodge Durango, and the bearings were going out in my fan. They helped me as I worked on it so it wouldn't make contact with anything. I was able to drive it home and later take it down to the dodge dealership. They're a good group of knowledgeable, helpful people.
