I visited this location on July 29 and received the most disheartening and unwelcoming treatment from John, the store associate ever received from any auto store. I attempted to return un-used and unopened items per their return policy and he proceeded to talk over me and declined to perform his job. John’s combative posture was the utmost alarming to me, and I noted that I was not returning to that store based on the service that I received, and he became even more irate and refused the items.
