Beware of Carquest here in Oracle, AZ. Recently I had a power steering pump pulley break. The pump was fine -- just the pulley was broken. Carquest took three days to replace the pulley. On the fourth day when I asked them if my truck was fixed yet, they told me it had been fixed the prior day. It would have been nice if they could have called me to let me know it was fixed. Dr. Auto West Baden, Indiana – Greg has worked on our vehicles for several years. We have confidence in him and trust him completely. He gave us a quote on a repair and after the work was completed, the bill was less than the quote. I ask why and was told the parts didn't cost as much as he thought they would. He passed the savings along to us. The people he has working in his shop are very nice to speak with and the quality of work is excellent.
