RecommendedOutstanding service! On Sunday 7/8/18 we pulled in to a BBQ place in East Troy. When we were ready to leave our motorcycle wouldn't start. Another biker that was with us tried jumping it, but the battery was completely dead, it was 12:52 in the afternoon. We noticed down the street the words "auto parts"....one of the bikers in our group jumped on his bike to get to the CARQUEST Auto parts just before they closed at 1:00. With the make and model of the bike, the gentleman at Carquest was able to suggest 2 different batteries... read more

I went into C & M Auto Parts today and the gentleman that helped me went beyond his job duties. I needed a hacksaw and he found the last one they had. I then needed a pair of disposable gloves and he gave me a pair instead of having to purchase a whole box. I had my disabled client with me who LOVES soda and the store doesn’t sell any and he went to the personal refrigerator and gave him one. I didn’t get his name, I wish I had, to Thank him personally.
