Baxter's website lists nothing but store locations and is mostly useless. Carquest and Advance do not list any of the Baxter locations in Oregon or Washington...if you are parting ways with Carquest/Advance it's time to do some updating.
I've been using Baxters for a couple of years now. They have been great to work with. I get sound advice and good recommendations when asked. The staff is never pushy and very knowledgeable. Only negative thing I can say is their website has issues. That might actually be Carquest that has the issues but I still can't search for parts and check prices so I can budget. My work schedule usually doesn't allow me to just drop in.
