Paul at the counter was extremely rude from the beginning gave false information saying my battery wasn't compatible for my vehicle and didn't give me a receipt for the transaction of warranty and said they won't warranty it again
Never buy small pieces here the prices are insane. An id pipe connector cost me 12:99. I could of but one at O’Reilly for 5 bucks but they didn’t have any so I bought in here never coming again
I went to the Bend Oregon location on Friday 3/29/2024, I bought a Diehard battery and requested to take advantage of the free testing and free installation, well they tested my old dead battery for free but then was told that for the free installation "They really don't do that". I said you have signs on the outside of the building and on the Diehard battery display stating these offers, maybe you should take down the signs......
