Polite clerk. I only needed a brake light bulb and the clerk looked it up in the computer to confirm I was getting the right one before tearing it all apart. Only gripe would be they're closed early Saturday and all day Sunday.
The young lady at the counter put her skills to work. She had no idea that I was a novice at car repair and ultimately knew nothing of the process to replace brakes. She made necessary recommendations and even took the time to warn me of certain (costly) pitfalls! She never made me feel ignorant nor was she ever condescending. I highly recommend this location over every one in Fayetteville! This location being an Ex-military owned business is a huge plus!
Employee came out the shop mean mugging at me, i asked if there was a problem, he became ill, I did as well,,, Note im a customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars there, .... Quick to take my money though..
