My lady friend was taken advantage by these crooks because she was a woman and they thought they could get away with it. She went in and asked for a headlight bulb for her sports car and they looked up the part and sold her the bulb. When she tried to install it the bulb was clearly the wrong size. It was a $20 bulb. When she took it back and asked to swap it for the right bulb the clerk was rude and told her he could not give a refund because she took it out of the package. RecommendedYesterday I pulled into Brackett's after my "low tire pressure" had been on for many weeks & did not know how to fill my tires myself ~ the Kindest Man filled ALL of my tires & when I asked him what the Charge was he Replied "On the House"!! So Appreciated & Great Small Town Kindness 😍
