Who ever was driving this van this morning cut off multiple people, and started brake checking people. When stopped at a light, from the driver mirror, I saw what looked like the driver taking a drink from a flask. I took a picture of the license plate, please talk to this employee and make sure they weren’t drinking this morning. Thank you.
