Came looking for a banjo bolt and the manager said they didn't have one without even getting of his seat or even looking in the inventory. Thankfully a new guy asked to look at and went down the row and picked it right off the hook. Maybe get the manager a recliner with an IPAD. You might get a little more work out of him.
