I came in on a Saturday afternoon after my battery died on me at work. Jacob, the fantastic sales associate was able to test my battery, letting me know it was unstable and recommended a good replacement that was on sale with a 3 year replacement warranty. I had no tools, and with my faulty battery, no way of turning my car back on to leave the shop. Jacob got me a 10mm and 12mm wrench and I was able to replace the battery. Great parts store. Thought they gave me the wrong rotor for my car only to realize I had mixed them up from front & back.. staff was great and willing to help correct the issue which ended up being my stupidity.
