Was scammed and had to fight to get a refund. Took part sold to me to a Toyota/Lexus master tech who advised me to return it as the electrical connector was not the right plug type and it had poor build quality. Worker who sold it denied a return because it was missing wiring adapters and pins....I called before picking it up to confirm it is plug and play without any aditional wiring components and when I bought the part another worker even told me in person the same thing. No nonsense. Excellent Service. Went in looking for vacuum hose kits and was assisted by very helpful employee. I also picked up some throttle body cleaner and the same employee was very honest and straight in showing me the cheaper options as well, rather than trying to up sell. Used to go all the way to Napa Auto in Richmond Hill but will start using this place more since its much closer to me.
