Excellent customer service. Will go to length to get what you need.
Eric at the front desk literally saved my life. And my bank account for potentially having to call a locksmith. I locked myself out of my truck and my best friend and I went into the store to get a lock pick. He helped us find a slimjim thing but saw us STRUGGLING to use it from the parkinglot accords the street. So Eric came out with two tools and was able to get the door unlocked.
