I had a great experience with this store, both in person and over the phone. Isidro helped me with the questions I had about replacing my battery and follow-up questions I had about testing the existing battery I was having issues with. I would absolutely recommend going to this store to buy parts for your vehicle. I really like how easy it is on the automated system when you call their store to get to speak to one of the employees. That says a lot about the company itself.
Albert was amazing he deserves a raise not only for his amazing attitude but he genuinely cares about the customers he spent 20 minutes just looking for the stuff I need. Also some cool story's about some cop cars thanks aton to Albert a truly dedicated employee and an amazing guy in general seems like 👍
At the 3500 1900 west store mr Daniel Garcia installed a battery in my sister's car I am disabled and he went out of his way to do such a great job and his kindness was above and beyond any service I have had ! I will be a regular customer becuse of Daniel's great service THANK YOU
