Hi, not sure who's the elderly guy working on Sundays, but his attitude is so negative. He was not friendly at all what so ever, grumpy look on him and has a "go f*ck yourself" (excuse my language) voice tone. Not sure if he treats everyone like this or just certain people. Would definitely go there on days he's not working or at least there's one other employee working there so I don't have to talk to him (cash out at his register) or look at him.
I have been taking my vehicles to Perry's since I was old enough to own my own truck. The best thing I like about Perry's Auto is they always discuss the problem I was having with my truck, then they would do a through check of the problem. They always call me letting me know what was causing the problem, then they brake it down and let me know what MUST be fixed now and what can wait until later, and they never did any work until they got a hold of me, explained the problem to me and my options. I have heard so many great stories about Perrys that I finally decided to take my car to them instead of using my usual "backyard" mechanic...Memorial weekend was coming so made sure to get the work done as early as possible..I was told Weds. that if I got the car in Thurs. morning it would possibly be done that day, if not for sure Friday...The excuses started Friday and to make a long story short, I was told they could not get it done, so no car until the following Tues. because of the holiday...I asked if there would be s... read more
Wanted to add to my review on 5-30-15...I have no doubt the work they did was good, but "Customer satisfaction" is their "Mantra" so I felt I had to write this review...Having to go the entire Memorial Day weekend w/o a car was not good, so a discount would have really helped the situation...
