The Store Manager Leanna Rios is very professional and demonstrated true customer service during a recent visit to another Advance Auto parts store that she was supporting as interim manager. Leanna went the extra mile to keep me informed while my issue was resolved. Personal customer service is rare today, but Leanna demonstrated the highest commitment and accountability to helping me.
Walked into Advance on Mcardle and was immediately greeted by a woman named Leanna. She helped me with my purchase of brake pads and rotors for my vehicle. Informed of the different quality within the brake pads and rotors and and prices as well. Overall a great experience and definitely coming back for my vehicle needs. Ty to the Advance staff on Mcardle and Leanna as well as Leroy for pitching in with the help. Thank yall
