Lindsey and Mike were extremely helpful in exchanging a bad out of the box alternator for my 2018 Explorer. They made the process very simple. Very professional and knowledgeable employees. I try to use advance auto for my parts because they offer a military discount. I recently moved to Texas, this is my go to store from now on.
Found what I needed quickly and easily. Had an immediate rapport with DeeDee and Angel to the point that I am applying to work there just so I can interact with them more.
I have had to come here several times for various things wrong with my car and they are seriously amazing! So nice and efficient definitely recommend. Also very student friendly for those trying to figure out adulting too. :)
Yall. Talk about real people who understand. My battery died and I called them at 8:35pm to see if they have a battery in stock for me and if they could install it for me. Keep in mind this is 25 minutes before closing and I have about a 10 minute drive to get there. Deedee was the lady on the phone who helped me and said to come on it and they would help.
