Went in to get a new battery and there was a woman standing behind a cash register on her phone. I walked up and waited for her to acknowledge me as to not interrupt what she was doing. Quickly, she said "I'm texting the boss, let me finish." I said ok and waited for maybe 90 seconds...no big deal. I then give her my make and model for the battery needed.
