Very helpful!!! They checked my batteries and found it was the alternator not working properly. Yes, they had the alternator we needed and double checked it was the correct one. He explained to me what he was doing and what the numbers meant on his computer was he was doing it. Ladies, he treated me with respect and didn't treat me like I was stupid just because I'm a woman.
