went to same location, Brian was very understanding, took back defective Alternator, gave me a refund and gave me back my core, he ordered a new one and adv me would be in on Tues 10/1... went back to store on Tues and Brian inspected new one with me and credited my core... installed new 13499A alternator and works great... will be shopping same location in future... have 3 others stores that are closer but I appreciate good service. Thanks Brian!!
